This is a balanced practice where we move mindfully and stretch our bodies practicing equanimity between effort and ease.

Wednesdays

Wednesdays: 7:30-8:30 pm Yin/Fusion - we focus on longer holds, sometimes blending mindful movement - designed to relax and restore your body and mind.
Fridays: 6:00-7:15 pm Yin - only live @the bunker upon request onlyl- this more traditional style yin practice provides you an opportunity to slow down, settle in and unwind. A practice designed to tune you in and chill you out.
